About

My Story
On a sunny August morning, a four-year-old girl clutched her mother’s hand, walking into kindergarten. The air smelled of pencils as she arrived at a classroom door with a wrinkling paper tree. A friendly teacher greeted her, but her eyes were drawn to a boy with fuzzy blond hair sticking up like a duck’s tail. “Peter from Neverland,” she’d call him later that night, a memory that would stick (Peter from the Netherlands). Over the years, she developed a crush on this boy, and when he moved away, she wrote her first song to cope with the loss. Music became her refuge.
After discovering her mom's guitar, she learned to play and filled the house with music, a mix of words and melodies. But at a new school, she struggled with teasing and feeling out of place. Music remained her secret, something personal and sacred. With her mom’s support, she found her voice, realizing that her self-worth didn’t depend on others’ opinions. In high school, her desire to share her music grew, and she performed at talent shows and coffee shops.
When her mom was diagnosed with cancer, looming uncertainty cast a shadow over everything. Yet, through the fear and grief, music was her constant. It became her way of processing deep pain, both from the fear of losing her mom and the world around her. Through loss, heartache, and self-discovery, she continues to write songs that connect, hoping her music helps others feel seen and valued.
My Mission
My mission is to make people feel human. I believe in being grounded, curious, genuine, funny, resilient, bold, expressive, and compassionate. I believe that the journey is more important than the final destination and that telling our stories brings people together.
